HECTOR GOMEZ
Hector Gomez became part of the LOCATION. Commercial Real Estate team in 2023 as a Broker Intern. Discovering a passion for commercial real estate, he transitioned to our brokerage team in February 2024, now specializing in both tenant and landlord representation.
At LOCATION., Hector plays a crucial role in our property leasing team, supporting landlords and catering to both local and national tenants. He is based out of our Columbus, Ohio office.
Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Hector excelled at Ohio Wesleyan, majoring in Marketing and Sports Management. As the captain of the men’s soccer team and a two-time All-American selection, he developed a strong work ethic, competitive nature, and team-oriented mindset, all of which he brings to his role at LOCATION.
