Jake Ingmire joined LOCATION. Commercial Real Estate in February 2025.

Before starting at LCRE, he worked as an account administrator at the headquarters location for one of the top insurance brokerage companies in the world. While working in insurance and living in Kansas City, he handled the administrative duties for over 40 different middle-market accounts in the United States and Canada. Specializing in property & casualty, Jake executed the ongoing delivery of insurance policy renewals, invoice installments, endorsements, and other critical documents to provide adequate amounts of coverage for each of his clients. 

At Missouri State University, Jake received his Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism in 2023. He focuses on presenting information with clarity and accuracy at the forefront, utilizing effective strategies for research and investigation whenever it is necessary.

In his free time, Jake enjoys exercising, spending time outdoors, reading, and writing. He recently completed the manuscript for his debut novel, which he hopes to have published in the future.
