Sarah Egart is a valuable addition to our team at LOCATION, with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate whose career achievements reflect her dedication and expertise in the industry. At LOCATION, Sarah will be lending her unique blend of knowledge and insights to the Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and Journey’s accounts.

In her previous role, Sarah served as the Director of Integrated Portfolio Management for the National Vision account where she played a crucial role in shaping the real estate strategy and identifying growth opportunities for the optical retail company. Her accomplishments included overseeing numerous store transactions annually and completing nearly 200 transactions for National Vision since January 2020. Sarah excelled in identifying and evaluating real estate opportunities, negotiating leases, nurturing client relations, and optimizing account processes. She also led a team responsible for lease extensions for the client’s extensive portfolio of 1,300 stores. In 2022, she took on a leadership role in the Portfolio Lease Administration function, streamlining location data management and ensuring efficient processing of her client’s annual rent spend.

Sarah’s career journey includes significant experience gained in various roles within the industry. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in November 2014, where she played a pivotal role in various real estate transactions for clients. Her achievements encompassed completing over 230 transactions across 30 states for H&R Block. She held leadership positions within the company, overseeing teams and navigating complex transactions. She also worked as a consultant for Medicine Shoppe International, providing valuable guidance to franchisees. Her contributions extended to managing Pier 1 transactions, optimizing real estate strategies for the client.

Sarah’s influence extends beyond her professional roles, as she served as the Co-Chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s Future Leader’s organization for the St. Louis Region in 2019, showcasing her commitment to fostering talent and leadership in the industry.

Sarah Egart brings her extensive experience and dedication to our team at LOCATION. As a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Missouri and an Affiliate Member of ICSC, she remains committed to staying at the forefront of the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she also earned a Minor in Psychology. Her international perspective was further enriched by her studies at the Universita’ Di Bergamo in Italy, specializing in International Marketing.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah is married to her husband, Steve, and is a proud parent to two children, Brooks (4) and Easton (2), along with their dog, Brody.


