MEET TEREASA
TEREASA EDWARDS
Tereasa Edwards specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation, with more than two decades of successful retail leasing and property ROI oversight in malls, power centers and strip centers.
Tereasa’s career began with CBL Properties (formerly Westfield), overseeing the leasing efforts of six regional malls spanning Missouri, Illinois, Utah and Wyoming during her tenure. While at CBL she worked with national, regional and local tenants from local boutiques including retailers and restaurants such as American Eagle, H&M, LBrands, Planet Fitness, Ulta, Lenscrafters, Panda Express and Charley’s. Tereasa completed new store leasing as well as renewals. Tereasa utilized her retail acumen in sourcing profitable, exciting concepts for her projects.
In 2020 Tereasa joined Cushman & Wakefield as the Master Broker for Five Below in their central region consisting of 12 states. She was responsible for managing new store growth from strategic site selection, LOI and lease negotiation to store opening.
Tereasa’s ability to deliver a high level of customer service created a true partnership between Landlord and client. Her efforts resulted in the central region becoming the top producing region for new store approvals in the U.S.
Tereasa is an alumna of University Missouri St. Louis and resides in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri with her husband Steve.
